The intention of the End of Summer Jam is to celebrate African and African American culture in Santa Cruz and to uplift those in our community who are champions of the growing movement to spread Afro-Beat music to every corner of the globe. We are a collective of local African/African American artists with a mission to share and uplift the richness of our heritage in a county where we are vastly underepresented. Afro-beat music uplifts the soul, breaks down cultural barriers and engenders high spirits and positive energy. We hope you can join us.
